I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Zermatt. The staffs are very friendly, we are lucky to have upgraded to a big room with spectacular views of Matterhorn. The spa were so nice and it was good that it's open until 10:00 pm, so we used it to relax after a long day. Breakfast is very good as well.

We were expecting the room to be nice but a little understated as it is a budget room, but we’re extremely pleasantly surprised. Our room was beautiful and enormous with all the humanities and a large porch area. We were so extremely happy with this room and the pool and the spa are amazing! The hotel definitely made this leg of the trip extra special.

We booked a budget room and could not have been happier! The hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. We loved the warm pool, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Overall, the value for money in Zermatt was fantastic. From top to bottom, this place was exceptionally nice — we’d highly recommend it!

This property was top notch. It is a five minute walk to the Main Street. We took advantage of the fitness center and the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast each morning was super delicious and they had omelettes made to order as well as the buffet. The rooms were very cozy and the hotel lounge was a great place to relax and just enjoy the scenery. I would definitely recommend this place. We were a party of 4 including two teenagers. They absolutely loved it too.

We had an amazing stay at Zermatt Budget Rooms and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room offered more than enough space for our family of five, which can be hard to find, and it was comfortable and well laid out for our needs. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the train station and right near all the restaurants and main areas in Zermatt, making everything incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a great option for families. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.
