Amazing location - 2nd to none

Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing and worth it for the location and food

The hotel location is spectacular. We enjoyed the views immensley. I was a little worries about the set dinner, but was happy with the options in the end. Views of the Matterhorn were great from the dining room. At night the stars came out. The lady at reception kindly let us view the observatory too. No scientists were present, but clearly it was rwmotely operated. At night the observatory roof openend. No hesitation to stay again, despite the price tag! In the morning the train staff took our luggage down (for a fee) and we were able to walk down. That was such a beneficial option to have.

Life changing beauty

This was an amazing experience to stay at the second highest hotel in all of Europe. The Mountain View’s were breathtaking and I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world.

There is japanese "MISO SIRU POWDER' with coffee and tea on free service box. But 'MISO POWDER" was expired on april. As I gave them to front desk staff which they were expired and ask the staff check all quantity inside every guest room. the staff said to me " it's all right because this item is free of charge". if they have those kind fo thought, it has better close the hotel.

View is great, but meals are so disapointed!!!!!

I enjoyed the hotel enviroment and views very much. The view for Matterhorn is great. However, I would like to bring one issue I found when staying at this hotel. I had 2 meals, dinner and the breakfast. I indeed felt disappointed with the dinner you serveed. The dinner menu served only Chinese foundu without other choices. Chinese foundu?? Why not serve Swiss fondu? Which is more authentic and meet visitors' expectation. And the omelet served in the breakfast was burned. We are not satisfied with both meals there. Also, I have higher expectation on the attitude of your staff working in restaurant.However, the lady who worked at reception is very kind.
