Spectacular room with view of the Roman Anphitheater

I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.

Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

This is a wonderful adult hotel steps from the beach. It’s located in a great spot near many restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable, the AC cooled the room, and the staff was great.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

I travel all over the world and I am Expedia VIP level. Never have I seen a staff so excellent. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, all are above and beyond. TRUE 5 STARS service.

Very nice property. Our room had two sinks which is always nice. Staff was excellent. Restaurant and breakfast was very good as well. Enjoyed our stay.

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. Originally thought we were booking something in Barcelona but turned out to be a very pleasant misread. Located in the heart of the much smaller and beautiful town of Sitges, about 25-miles south of Barcelona, this hotel was an incredible find. Great location within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and train station. Truly steps to the beach with great views from the onsite restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed information on transportation, museums, flowers,...

This was a great stay. I had the Penthouse suite and the view was phenomenal. Great room. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re staying there.

Location. Location. Walkable to the landmark of city. Temperature in the room too hot and it was not possible to change it. Very noise in the hotel hallways and outside during the night.

Amazing views from our room as well from the gardens. Across the road from a spectacular park and 15 minute walk to the harbour area with all its shops and cafes. We had a meal there and enjoyed some of the local wines at reasonable cost.Our only complaint is the obscene cost (18€) of the breakfast. Lots of local cafes within easy walking distance for less than 1/3 the cost. Other than that, I give top marks for the hotel and its professional helpful multilingual staff. If we return to the area...
