Had a great stay 18-22 August. Breakfast so nice & plenty to choose from. The staff & reception so attentive to our needs. A big bonus was the rooftop pool & bar. Hotel 5 mins away from bus & metro & also 20-25 mins walking distance from Sagrada Família & beach. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was nice with staff and hotel in general. My only beef was that the hotel room smelled like 2 week old urine and staff said that they could not find us another room

8/10 Very good

Stayed for three nights. Staff were welcoming and helpful, hotel was spotless and breakfast was good. Nice lobby bar that puts on music for a hour in the evenings. Didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop bar and swimming pool as it was closed due to bad weather. The ceiling in our bathroom leaked a bit during a rainstorm but didn’t cause any damage or discomfort. Overall recommend as it is very central and well placed for the Metro and nearby shopping. 9th floor room get a little dated but it looks like the whole place is being refurbed from the ground up.

Great location, amazing staff. They do live music in the bar on Friday and Saturday nights and we loved ending our days that way.

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing location right off of Plaça Catalunya. I wanted something special for my now fiancé and I to celebrate after 9 days in Costa Brava… which if you have been anywhere on the coast it is hard to beat the beauty of it. The Palace did just that. We went ahead and got the junior suite which did not disappoint one bit. We were able to shop the big name stores, drop our bags, go to dinner and then shop one more time. There was a SLIGHT stain on the toilet. But other than that, I cannot wait to come back!
