We rented a room with a balcony, nice view of the city. The room is large with a king size bed, desk & mini fridge. Bathroom & shower were great. Staff very helpful. The only drawback is that it's a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist area

Great location, walkable to all areas of interest. Nice to hage a free coffee machine in the lobby. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large patch of damp on the ceiling, but otherwise the room was well kept. Would happily stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location, lovely staff, and we had deluxe room 705 which has the corner balcony. Excellent for dual views of the city. Would definitely stay here again, lovely breakfast too. Usual 4 star amenities in our spacious room, fridge, safe, aircon, plenty of mirrors etc. Nice toiletries. We liked the staff who were great. Only thing missing was some form of shade on the balcony as it gets very hot up there!

Situated in a great location , walking distance to shops and restaurants. Underground parking close by for 10 euros. Very reasonable rate for a spacious room and bathroom. Lots of storage space. It comes with a mini fridge, but ours wasn’t working. Would stay there again.

Really good hotel in the old town and opposite El Corte Inglés which is useful for coordination. The rooms are decent sized, the beds comfortable and everywhere is clean. I arrived early but as my room was ready I was allowed to check in immediately. That was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Would happily stay here again.

Amazing hotel, location is just ideal. There is huge shopping mall next to it also close to major attractions and main shopping street. There is a tiny bus C5 next to the hotel which is very convenient to go and see Royal Alcazar or Torre del Oro. Hotel itself is super clean, room is well air conditioned, amenities modern and comfortable. Highly recommend.
