We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. Loved the hotel and great service

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

What a wonderful boutique hotel. I booked this hotel without really knowing what I was getting into and I was blown away with this hotel. It is a wonderful boutique hotel with the most detailed amenities that we truly enjoyed from the covered verandas, to their outdoor patio with daily drinks (self serve "honor" bar) with refreshments, water, wine and nuts, etc. it is in a perfect location within the old center and yet right around the corner from the hop on hop off bus, square with taxi...

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, por decir algo malo, cuando hemos estado nosotros estaba en obras la zona y como no tienen parking propio, sino que se usa el del corte inglés, hay que ir cargado con el equipaje. El hotel está bien, limpio, con la decoración cuidada. Es silencioso, la cama cómoda, habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Es perfecto para visitar la ciudad por la cercanía a los puntos clave. Si volvemos a la ciudad probablemente repitamos con este hotel.

The Wellington Hotel is very well located and it is truly a 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable, with great amenities, nightly turndown service, and an excellent executive lounge. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The restaurants in he hotel are great, including a michelin starred restaurant.

Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...

Great from the time I pulled up with infused water on hand breakfast was the best I ever had with everything you could dream of fresh everyday, Dinner was awesome al a cart. Perfect location, staff, facility, breakfast. Everything was on the spot.

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.
