This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a great location across from the harbor and in the Gothic quarter near tons of restaurants and bars! So many things from here are walkable. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. A bonus is the two rooftop swimming pools and bar/restaurant! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Location was excellent - people were amazing - wish the lobby bar was open and th pools upstairs were larger and were open later ;) other than that it was perfect!!

Great location, at the edge of the Gothic Quarter, close to the water. Easily walk to the beach, the sites and lots of food options around the property. Pool was great, but quite small. Not a huge deal (wasn't there to swim) but something to note.

The staff was amazing, the hotel flawless. This was a luxurious stay in a perfect location. There are many restaurants within steps, the boardwalk is across the street, and the beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

I’d like to commend 2 staff members in particular , Alicia and Favio , for making our stay extra special. Their concern to meet our needs and ensure our comfort were much appreciated.

6/10 Good

The floors in the room were dirty. The bathroom heater appeared to not have been dusted in about a year. The bathroom walls had lots of hair on them. There were no face cloths provided. Be specific if you make a request. I asked for a steamer and I got an iron-no board. The staff were not very friendly. Upon my first request for a steamer I was told that i needed to wait as she just started her shift. I did wait, but never got the iron until I asked again the next day. I didn't enjoy that the coffee was instant- especially for the price you pay for the hotel. Not a single bottle of water was provided in the room unless you paid through the mini bar. The rooftop has a nice view and the small pools were clean. You're paying for location here. I would not stay again.
