This is a great option for a hotel close to the Madrid airport. We've stayed at another Madrid airport hotel in the past, and this one was definitely an upgrade! The room and hotel were spotless, and the staff was helpful. We paid more than we thought we should have for a single night near the airport, but it was a good stay otherwise! Oh, and there's a shuttle to the airport, which is convenient.

Kind and helpful staff, even more commendable because they deal with a high volume of often non Spanish speaking guests. Basic hotel and well suited to traveler needs- good atmosphere. Shuttle pick up from airport is free and seems to run continuously. I was picked up quickly after calling reception (cheerfully accommodated). You can book an airport return online for 5 Euros starting 0600, then 0700 and on the 1/2 hr thereafter.

Excellent airport hotel. Large room with comfortable king bed and awesome bathroom. Shuttle service was excellent from and to the airport. Note there is a free going to the airport. There is a metro station a few minutes walk away which can get you to central Madrid within half an hour. I would definitely use this hotel again when I am in Madrid.
