We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Although a kettle was not included among the hotel amenities, the staff were kind enough to provide one when we requested it, which we really appreciated. We also needed to check out a little later than usual due to some circumstances, and they very pleasantly accommodated our request. Our stay was very comfortable, and the location was excellent — very convenient for exploring the main attractions, many of which were easily accessible on foot. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. We would happily stay here again!

Great base for exploring Barcelona. Close to Plaça de Catalunya. So much is walkable in 20 minutes. The room was a good size and as a Hotels.com Platinum member I was upgraded to a 7th floor terrace. The pool and bar were relaxed and private. The free glass of Cava was a nice touch. Maggi (likely spelt that incorrectly) on the front desk was great.
