A beautiful hotel. Beautiful rooms & stunning bathrooms. Very kind & helpful staff. The breakfast was fabulous in a beautiful setting with fresh linen table settings. Also an à la carte menu alongside the extensive buffet. Well located for everything in Seville. A memorable stay.

Great location , great breakfast , amazing lively roof top bar . But the constant noise ( boom boom boom ) from the night club all night til 6am every morning, will result in you getting very little sleep and they need find a better way to acoustic the rooms , unfortunatly for hotel guests the night club which belongs to hotel probably makes more money than the hotel . Such a shame as otherwise a lovely hotel .

Stayed for birthday celebration. The Horel Lobby and its staff were exceptional. Room was superb, spacious, character and spotlessly clean. Roof top pool and bar brilliant. Staff looked after us as guests ensuring we had exclusive access to roof top seating areas commanding the best views. I would suggest guaranteed access to guests for the top floor bar, without a reservation. The place is extremely popular with outside clients making it almost inaccessible to guests who would like to visit on a whim while staying in this amazing location.

Magnifique séjour à l’hôtel Lobby . Le personnel est courtois, souriant et nous a aidé à faire toutes les réservations nécessaire . Ils ont de très bonnes suggestions sur toutes les visites à faire. La chambre est grande, moderne avec une vue spectaculaire sur Séville . Le lit est très confortable et la literie de qualité. L’entretien de la chambre est impeccable. L’hôtel Lobby est super bien placé et reste un oasis de tranquillité à distance de marche de toutes les merveilles de Séville . Le petit déjeuner est top ! Buffet raffiné en plus d’un service à la carte . Je recommande sans hésitations un séjour à cet hôtel . Je n’ai aucun point négatif à mentionner , absolument aucun !!! Merci à chaque employé de l’hôtel ( mention spéciale à la jeune femme française qui nous a fait plein de suggestions pour profiter au max de tout ce qu’il y a à faire ) En espérant repasser par Séville bientôt !

The hotel lobby is not a 5 star hotel at all. If you keep that in mind maybe you won’t be disappointed. The reception is very small with only 2 chairs in the lobby to sit. There are 2 elevators that take you to your very dark room. Everything is black or dark gray. The room was spacious but not functional. The bathroom was very dark with black tiles and with an open shower. Every time you took a shower the floor of the whole bathroom would be wet. Also it’s difficult to see if it’s clean or not. The room didn’t have a dresser or drawers to keep your stuff. It did have a nice bathtub by the window. The rooftop is the worst part for me. There is a swimming pool but the space it’s mainly a bar with some 5 or 6 lounge chairs around the bar tables. The service at the rooftop was nonexistent. No one offering drinks. I had to go get my own drink they told me . There was no one picking up the drinks from the pool’s edge or from the tables. I think it’s just a bar and not for the guests. Downstairs next to the reception there is another bar instead of a lobby. The hotel is mainly a bar with rooms. The only 5 star was the breakfast, the food and service were excellent. The location is very good, close to the restaurants and bars of Triana, a 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and a short walk to the main shopping streets of Seville. Overall if you are looking for a 5 star hotel with a nice swimming pool area to relax and cool off in the hot afternoons of Sevilla this is not it

Un hôtel plein de charme et décoré avec goût et modernité. Un personnel très professionnel et chaleureux ayant le souci de bien faire et de satisfaire au mieux les demandes des clients. Un havre de paix très bien situé à proximité du centre historique, un petit déjeuner gourmand avec des produits hispaniques pour rester dans l'ambiance du lieu, des chambres cosy propres et spacieuses Tout est mis en oeuvre pour passer un très reposant séjour en Andalousie. Je vous le recommande vivement .

This is our second visit to this hotel, such a fantastic place to stay. We were welcomed by the reception team with Cava on arrival and were really helpful with recommending local attractions and places to eat. Our room was also ready for us on arrival which was before the normal check in time of 15:00. A must stay when visiting Seville, we will be back again!. Thank you again to the team at Hotel Lobby.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with amazing staff, everyone so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you. The best breakfast ever, staff remembering your preferences, and so attentive. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with huge comfortable beds, immaculately cleaned. We would definitely return!
