Fantastic, modern, clean apartment in the perfect location.

Design wise it’s off the charts, friendly, accommodating, beds are comfortable bar is wonderful… clean and just easy to relax at! It was our 3rd time and back we will be back again and again!

Close to Newport. Very clean, modern with friendly staff.

Great place with modern-beach vibes in a historic building. 1 min walk to Tennis Hall of Fame. The only small negative-too hot at night, had some difficulty regulating room temp.

The reception was helpful and easy. Great location! Clean room and great breakfast!

I HIGHLY recommend The Cleveland house in Newport RI. As soon as we arrived a nice clean well dressed young man helped us park our car right across the street in a private lot. This same young man took our breakfast order the morning after served us like a pro! It was a pleasure to work with him. The room was very clean, cool, and smelled great! Our walk-in shower in room #5 had 4 nozzles!!! That's right. Best shower I've ever had! Cleveland House is walking distance to everything you want...

When we checked in it seemed to take along time and I asked if everything was ok cause I thought I heard her wrong, she thought was frustrated and then upgraded us. It was nice and I really didn't care it was taking that long

My first choice when in Providence, which is often. Love the location ( Brown and RISD)..great water view too. Excellent jumping off point for the East Bay Bike Trail, a beautiful 28 mile round trip to Bristol and back. Lots of good food options in nearby Fox Point.

This was an amazing, spacious, modern hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, our only qualm was that we were told our free drink vouchers worked for signature cocktails, but when we went to get them, they only worked for wine/beer and the bartender was frustrated that we had been told that. Other than that, we had an awesome stay and will be back.

Loved the location, room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, plus how could you resist a room with an ocean view.

Really like the hotel and the location. Our room was nice but in the worst location in the hotel. On the busiest street with buses and we could even hear the crosswalk beeping. Really annoying. Make sure you don't get a room ending in 14! Also valet parking is $45 a night. Highway robbery.

We have stayed here at least 6 times as every room is a suite with a king size bed. The rooms are spacious and inviting. Several restaurants are within walking distance as is Bowen’s Wharf. Looking forward to our next trip to Newport

Beautiful property with elegant rooms, and friendly staff.

Great location and the hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. Thought the price was high for the time of year (mid- Oct). We were just there for a night so I thought it was crazy that we had to pay a resort fee considering the restaurant was not open and we were told we had to be out by 11:00am because they were closing the hotel for the week. Other than that the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The Wellington was a last-minute-ish choice for our trip to Newport. It is in an excellent location - walkable to the busy parts of the waterfront, but not so close that there is noise and excessive traffic. The free transit bus and mansions are a short walk away. The room was spacious and homey, the bed was very comfortable, the pool and grounds are in excellent shape. The room rate is not cheap, but we felt it was well worth it, and will gladly stay again.
