Brand-new hotel. Highly recommended. Very clean. Plenty hot water. Large bathroom, sitting area, sleeping area and full kitchen. Extremely quiet. Loved the free grocery delivery, Wi-Fi, and shuttle bus. Manager's reception had excellent food; more like dinner than snacks. Very nice family friendly motel! We were pleasantly surprised how modern, immaculate and homey it was for the great rate we got on short notice. Tons of things for kids to do. Pool, volleyball and badminton nets, shuffle board, bean bags and nice big sand box. Charcoal grills, picnic tables and chairs on a large lot in a quiet area of Charlestown. The staff was great! The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. The continental breakfast had more choices than we expected, everything was delicious, and Mark was very nice and helpful! The private beach was wonderful. It was beautiful, not very crowded, and had a lifeguard on duty. We will definitely stay there again!

It was a nice hotel. The night manager gave me an upgrade to a suite with a fireplace, so that was very much appreciated. I was concerned about the pillows possibly being feather (I'm allergic), and he hand-delivered synthetic ones and fluffed them for me too. The stay was very good. The breakfast was good. The second morning of my stay, I had to leave at 3:45 a.m. and the overnight staff gave me a couple of muffins and a coffee to go. Overall, they were very nice and great customer service.

This has been our favorite hotel on this beach. Things were clean and the people were nice.

Really like the hotel and the location. Our room was nice but in the worst location in the hotel. On the busiest street with buses and we could even hear the crosswalk beeping. Really annoying. Make sure you don't get a room ending in 14! Also valet parking is $45 a night. Highway robbery.

Beautiful property with elegant rooms, and friendly staff.

We have stayed here at least 6 times as every room is a suite with a king size bed. The rooms are spacious and inviting. Several restaurants are within walking distance as is Bowen’s Wharf. Looking forward to our next trip to Newport

Great location and the hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. Thought the price was high for the time of year (mid- Oct). We were just there for a night so I thought it was crazy that we had to pay a resort fee considering the restaurant was not open and we were told we had to be out by 11:00am because they were closing the hotel for the week. Other than that the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
