The Hotel is very clean and well managed. Steps away from Federal Hill and downtown.

Nice place located in a convenient location. The room was clean and staff were very good and maintained a good attitude and pleasant demeanor.

6/10 Good

The place was new and clean! Modern upgrades were nice like usb plugs in room, nice big tv but man, the staff made it a 3 star experience when it could have been 5.

Checked in on a whim and was sent to a room that was not clean. That's ok. Called down and they sent up keys to a different room. We had a beautiful view of the hotel's GIANT, EMPTY parking lot from our room. We would have parked in it, but it was $32 a night. We would have gotten breakfast, but also not included with our booking. For what you get, and what is offered, it doesn't seem worth the money. Why have amenities, if you're not going to let your guests use them without squeezing an additional $30 here, $40 there, on top of $200+ for the most basic room available for one night. (Empty hotel. Empty parking lot, Empty restaurant.) Great amenities no one bothers to use. Probably wouldn't stay again, unless it was last-resort. It is really late-capitalism on full display. Even the waters in the room are not free. They're $3/each. Welcome to the Late Stage Capitalism, everyone. Enjoy!

It was a little noisy in the halls late at night, on the first night. Other thant that it was okay.

Nickel and diming you for everything. Especially parking for $32 for one day ? On a weeend when parking was free on Sunday. They never told me that.

Elevators were broken and staff offered no help to anyone, even those carrying luggage up 5, 8, even 12 floors. Housekeeping “took” a bag of gift items from our room. Rooms have been redesigned to lack obviously things any towel bars. Overall feel is disappointing.

This is not a hotel I would ever stay at again. There is not enough parking for all cars that stay at the hotel and I was told "we are sold out so there isn't enough space for all cars". I was told to find a nearby parking garage and walk back to the hotel. So if you are coming with a car, don't expect to be able to park it at the hotel. Also, the elevators went down for multiple days. So people checking in, out, or going to their rooms needed to use the stairs. In a 14 story hotel, pray you get a room on a lower floor to avoid the hassle we went through of carrying a suitcase down many flights. The hotel staff didn't seem to care about any of the issues going on. Next time I come to Providence I will chose a hotel that is better maintained and has adequate parking.
