Pool was awesome. Hotel was clean and new. Staff was accommodating. Only down side was our room had 2 queen beds , and honestly they felt more like fulls. My wife and I gave up and just slept in different beds. Location was great. 20 dollar Uber to Newport. All the fun without any of the parking stress or hassle.

I’ve stayed at this hotel two years in a row now for Newport Folk Fest. It’s comfortable, clean, and convenient in all the ways I need. I wish there were in-room microwaves and that they used fitted sheets (the flat ones they use bunch up under me). Otherwise, I have no complaints, and I plan to continue staying here for future festival weekends.
