"Gardenview B&B is located on a quiet street within 5 minutes of Newport's mansions and less than 10 minutes from Castle Hill Inn. But the best feature of Gardenview is its owner/proprietor, Mary Fitzgerald. Mary could not be more welcoming, going the extra mile to make her guests' visits as enjoyable as possible. "The house is beautiful. We stayed in room 10, it’s located on the 3rd floor so prepare yourself for stairs. The room was a good size with a great deck. The bathroom was modern. It was a perfect stay. The staff were courteous and the food was divine. The location is also very ideal. Close to everything, walking distance."

"Just book it . I recently stayed here in March so a little off season but it was still a perfect weekend . Location mint . Parking in the back . I can only imagine what it's like in the summer , will be returning with the kids . Thank you for a great stay "

"This place was fantastic ! We took a chance booking a B&B as we typically look for a high end hotel, boy are we glad we did! Breakfast was great, room was charming, towels were plush, and owner went out of his way to make our stay memorable, giving us pointers for maximizing our trip. 10 out of 10!!"

"Beautiful condo especially when traveling with friends or family. Loved the layout with three bedrooms all having separate baths and a wonderful kitchen and deck. A great find in Newport. "

"Rooms were great. Location excellent. Parking terrific. Staff was the greatest. Such nice people. Breakfast is the best! Pick your choices the night before along with the time your want it...and voila! The staff brings complimentary breakfast to your room. Tell me that isn't cool! Views are fantastic as it is two blocks up from Thames, two blocks down from Bellevue. Everything is in walking distance. We will definitely be staying at the Mill St Inn again in the near future."
