The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

Great new hotel close to everything.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

Incredible!!!! Stayed here for 2 nights recently! Very unique stay and amazing views. And the service from check in to check out, by Rony and his team was the highlight! Would highly highly recommend

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

Hotel Lizzy Wasi sits behind a nondescript wall in a skinny alleyway in Urubamba, but once you walk through the door, a whole new world opens up. Gorgeous gardens and the smell of fragrant jasmine await you. Run by US expat Lizzy, Hotel Lizzy Wasi was the perfect place for our family. Our stay here was a last-minute decision because of a flight delay, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We arrived at 9:30 at night from Cusco, our nerves frazzled from a miserable 24 hours of travel delays...

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

The staff were very helpful and the rooms are nicely done. The hotel is around 15 minutes away from Urubamba. At the same time, It was relaxing and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip.

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Edith, front desk staff, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. She was always available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast’s staff truly enhanced our experience. The location is fair..5 min. By taxi to main square 15 min walk.The Staff..Liz.is the daughter of the owner..his name is Victor..I never wrote a review before this is my first .I have never been treated so warm and friendly by a hotel staff in all my hotels Lis speaks and understand english Victor is still learning..The rooms are super clean. We spent a total of 4 nights at Cooper hotel boutique. Service was excellent, location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding! It is a very cute place in the heart of the tourist district. It is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Cusco again.

Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

Such a nice oasis in the Sacred Valley! The whole hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful (especially Victor at the front desk). They arranged taxi rides for us to the train station for our adventure to Machu Picchu and to Cusco. The rooms are super comfortable, the menu of food is absolutely delicious and the grounds are gorgeous!
