Loved this hotel. Great location, great breakfast and nice location. They only thing they didn't have was bottled water but there were markets right down the street where you could buy it (so not a huge deal). I would definitely stay here again.

The location is pretty nice because its close enough to walk to the main attractions but also not too far a taxi ride from the airport. The staff was polite and get me situated quickly. The bed was good, but the bathroom was older and not as clean as I'd like. Breakfast was ok too, but there were not many different options for dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). Overall, it was solid for a last minute one night stay and the interior design of the common areas with the atriums is super cool, but it also makes for a noisy sleep unfortunately, so I might try a different spot next time but would still recommend it as a good budget option.

This hotel has a lot of potential but falls short. For what I can see it does a lot of the big things very well; that being, location, cleanliness, staff is friendly, they have a bell hop, and they have a large continental style buffet breakfast. This hotel from not doing the same things well. No AC in our room which would have been fine if the windows open to the outside, rather they opened to the hallway which was very stuffy. The cleaning lady would constantly move our things which we found creepy. They kept deactivating my room key so I would have to ask them to reactivate it (this happened twice). You need one room key just for the lights (poor design). They don’t supply wash rags. The hotel has two stores and a restaurant in the lobby but no ATM. The breakfast is not good. The hotel manger here has a lot of work to do very subpar stay.

Hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and polite. It's about 15 minutes walk to the main square. We walk slow because of the high altitude, otherwise I could have been quicker. Overall it was a nice stay.

Average Stay and noisy room

Already informed. The room was noisy and made a lot of noise when anyone upstairs showered or opened the tap. Apparently a big water pipe running through our room and the gushing water made huge noise so much so that we could not sleep . When complained they offered to change to a room on 5 th floor which was claustrophobic which we refused . Then we were told they have no rooms and did not offer us any solution but were told to bear the noise : stick up with it. Though the restaurant and on site cafe people were excellent and looked after us well .

front desk , terrible costumer service. No respect to seniors, not empathy, , no respect to green card holders . Never stay in the hotel if you are green card holders because they will charge you extra 18% surcharge. Misleading information regarding the numbers of of beds and occupants, Website says the one thing and the front desk says deferent thing. Costumer service agent, try to argue to win the argument. Costumer service dirs not have skill about costumer service. The costumers service agents plays with your emotions and words , they say one thing but they offer different thing. They don’t respect the VIP pass. Sheets are stained , room phone not working, controls Tv not working. Overall, good breakfast and cleaned but some rooms are not. Don’t believe when they said they will grant you with better room in reality, they will give you the one they can’t sake or sake the least. Over all hotel it looks good. I would never stay in that hotel.
