Although I stayed in August (winter), the room wasn't cold and an oil heater was provided. The bedding was high quality, which was great. There's a free tea corner in the common area. You can use the water dispenser if you bring your own bottle. The WiFi was excellent. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel amenities where on point, clean room, good breakfast and very kind staff. Julio was amazing in assisting us, he help my friend who got suck with altitude get better and assisted her with all she needed. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. This is a nice hotel in Cusco with good central location. The room was clean & has good breakfast buffet. It’s only 10 minutes walk to main square so it’s not on a noisy area. Special shout out to Kris & Emilio in the front desk for all their help with easy check-in and check-out. They also arranged taxi for the airport upon my request. They don’t provide body lotion or shower cap in the bathroom so bring your own. Overall great stay and would come back again.
