Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Cocatambo de Ollantaytambo fue excelente de principio a fin. El desayuno fue espectacular, muy completo y delicioso. Además, el personal tiene la atención al detalle de preguntarte con anticipación a qué hora deseas desayunar para tener todo listo, lo que demuestra un servicio de primera. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y atención de las señoras encargadas del hotel, quienes siempre estuvieron dispuestas a ayudarnos. Incluso nos permitieron guardar nuestras mochilas un día antes de nuestro check-in, un gesto que apreciamos muchísimo y que hizo nuestro viaje mucho más cómodo ya que caminar con mochilas resulta incómodo. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba impecablemente limpia. Contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias, incluyendo jabón, shampoo y agua caliente tanto en la ducha como en el lavamanos, algo que no encontramos en otros hoteles de Cusco, donde muchas veces el agua caliente solo está disponible en la ducha. La ubicación es excelente y el ambiente muy acogedor. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a cualquier persona que visite Ollantaytambo. La calidad del servicio, la limpieza, la comodidad y la atención del personal hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable. Muchas gracias a todos los del hotel!!!! Nos quedamos encantadas.

Gostei e recomendo. Pousada bem familiar. Pessoas atenciosas. Quarto limpo, com aquecedor, banho quente, wifi e TV. Com café da manhã. Eles disponibilizam espaço para guardar as malas após o check out, caso necessário. É possível ir andando da Pousada até a praça principal.
