Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay

The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. The setting of this hotel is excellent and less than 30 min away from Bern. Its very peaceful at night and the people warm, hospitable and so kind. We took our 5 month baby there and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bern or simply wants to get away for arms peaceful time. Congratulations to all the people of the hotel. Great job! We walked outside in the beautiful open park and enjoyed watching the cows from the nearby meadow.

Hotel Alpenhof if a beautiful, peaceful hotel in Grendelwald. We had a suite on the top floor with a balcony and a sweeping view of the mountains and green hillsides. The room was spacious and clean, with an handy minibar in case you want to have a beer on the nice deck, and tastefully decorated in Swiss style. I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants. The hotel is small but beautiful. This is an amazing hotel perfectly situated directly across from Grindelwald First. When I say directly across, I mean you can be at Grindelwald First in less than 5 mins. Less than that if you can walk a slight incline quickly. You are also perfectly situated by the shops and restaurants! The hotel is beautiful! We spent a week here for our anniversary and the setting is hard to beat. The resort is spotless, the lake and mountain views are postcard-perfect, and the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. If you want quiet, clean air, and scenery, this delivers. The tradeoff is isolation. Getting anywhere else in Switzerland means long drives on winding mountain roads, and the access road is single-lane with scheduled up/down windows, so you can’t come and go on a whim. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.
