If I ever go back to Interlaken then I would like to stay at this hotel. It is clean, well maintained with great amenities and views. They have a game room where you can grab snacks and hot tea. The morning breakfast offered variety of delicious food. Room size was perfect with enough outlets, shelves and the balcony was a very nice bonus.

The property is very clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful - loaning us a wine key and an adaptor for our electronics. The room was warm to our liking so we slept with the door open. Unfortunately the church bells toll every 15 minutes so sleeping was tough. The views from the balcony of our 442 room were breathtaking and we were able to have dinner out on the table outside.

Peaceful quiet place walking distance to central. Bus station right outside the entrance - 2 stops to Interlaken Ost and 1 or 2 stops to Central. Breakfast is excellent. Self use of luggage storage in a dedicated room also with coin lockers that will fit a carry-on size luggage + backpack. Property itself is although not modern and partly used by retirees but room is clean and seemed newly renovated. Recommended.

2/10 Poor

The room is in general fine. Random people knocked my door after 10 PM on each night of my stay; I was so freaked out and check their Google reviews at night. It seems that the money stealing housekeeper terrifies me as well and keeps me worried about my property while I’m in the mountains. Luckily I don’t leave any cash in the room and my laptop is safe, but will not go to this hotel again considering how many worrying I need to take.
