10/10 Exceptional

Old hotel with narrow rooms, the flushing in the toilet didn’t work and the door was very difficult to lock. The lights in the corridor switched off while walking to the room. Got no support from the staff so that took down the reviewed. The hotel though was very charming and one good though was that the restaurant just outside the hotel had an discount on the food.

8/10 Very good

Wonderful historic hotel; however, it can be a bit noisy from the metro outside, especially with the heat and windows open (no AC/fans provided). The receptionist helped us download the free city transportation pass we used to get to the Paul Klee Museum. A must see!! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast service was exceptional.
