Very impressed with this hotel! My husband and I travel often and this is the best Best Western we have ever stayed at, in fact it’s one of the best non-high end hotels that we have stayed in! Excellent value close to airport with bar and restaurant. Steam shower in rooms was awesome too after a long flight!

We stayed for one night on our travels from Rocky Mountain House. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The mattress was just firm enough for a good night’s sleep. I enjoyed the complementary Ramen. It was a nice evening snack. I would recommend the stay.

Close enough to the Saddledome but far enough to have little traffic

Sarah was so friendly, helpful and informative upon check in. It rare to find someone who can manage a very busy front desk and make each guest feel welcomed and well cared for during their stay.

Excellent but pricey hotel in Banff. The service at the front desk was excellent, the room was very nice and the hotel was close to many good restaurants. Beautifully landscaped on the outside, too. For those on a long trip, they have 2 washers and dryers on the 3rd floor to clean some of your clothes which is a nice perk.
