How hotel was super convenient, clean, and the staff was friendly!

10/10 Exceptional

It’s evident they have recently renovated. The bed was comfy and good size of room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The ambiance in the pool area was so nice. Breakfast was also very good at the evergreen. Underground parking and close to walking distance downtown. We look forward to return to this hotel again !! The soap in the shower could be better though and glad we had our own.

Due to an upgrade to our room booking, we had a luxurious 1night stay. Aside from that, I would still recommend a stay here, as it was tastefully renovated and very quiet as it was a short walk from the main area of Banff.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed in a junior suite which was a terrific, large, cheerful, pristine room, with a gas fireplace that we used on 2 cold early September mornings and evenings. The bathroom is very large and bright and well laid out. The staff are all lovely, helpful people. Overall, the hotel has a quiet, calm charm that we found very appealing.
