A wonderful property, staff, and stay. This hotel has big, spacious rooms, in-room pour-over coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and a connector between all the buildings to quickly get to the lobby or hot pools. Their hot pools are more well equipped and more relaxing than the hot springs. To top it all off, there is a legitimate coffee shop on site that opens at 6:30am. This place is amazing.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay at Canoe if I were to visit Banff again. It is the newest hotel on the main street of Banff. The free transit ticket that the hotel provided really helped and encourage their guess to explore the town of Banff and the surrounding areas.
