We enjoyed our experience. Staff was very helpful. Pool was a very nice and the exercise room was adequate. Our room had a king sized bed in one room with a pocket door and my kids each had a twin bed, so very comfortable and roomy. The rooms are updated but not the greatest quality unfortunately, but clean and simple. They were understaffed for stampede, though, as we asked for a room refreshing during our stay of four days but they couldn’t accommodate on the day we asked.

We don’t stay in a lot of hotel rooms but really, what’s up with the tiny bath towels? It’s a Sandman hotel that charges over $200 room and my towels at home are bigger and better. We were in a suite and the faucet by the coffee machine spit all over the place. Less than impressed by this hotel.

the bathroom faucet sprayed water all over the vanity and wall. the bathroom door would jam and it took a 200 pound man to get it opened. these issues should have been dealt with prior to renting. for $200+ per night i was dissapointed
