The on-site restaurant was very convenient since Banff is so overcrowded and long waiting in most restaurants on Banff Ave. we enjoyed the food as well. The complimentary Shuttle service to Banff Ave and back was also very convenient. Special Shoutout to Brian the driver, he had a very positive attitude inspite of making trips every hr all day long. The property is a bit old, so getting the room to be at a comfortable temperature took a while. But, otherwise the room was comfortable.
