Outstanding customer service. Rooms are clean and the staff were more than accommodating to our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. My only feedback isn’t a negative but more or an opportunity for the hotel to grow. There was no corkscrew in the rooms (staff was eager to supply one). The wine glasses were extremely small and need to be refreshed. We asked for real cutlery and weren’t given napkins. The coffee shop is closed on Friday’s. This was so strange to me.
