"Had a very nice stay for a few days. Okay location with easy public transport to the center. Good value for the price. It's in good conditions as it was renovated last year, so all feels new. Good room size. Different options for breakfast. The automatic messages from the hotel is in Czech, but they will answer in English, if you write. "

"The Carlton is conveniently located on a tram line and is only two stops from the main station. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is a supermarket across the street and plenty of dining options nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"One staff member was great. He was very helpful, welcoming and seemed happy. Also the breakfast staff were great. There we 2 front counter staff who were grumpy looking and not very friendly both days we dealt with them. 1 made us feel like she was doing us a favour just for doing her job. We didnt even ask for anything extra.
There were cob webs it the room, not vaccummed properly. The paint was chipping in the washroom [alot]. The safe did not work and was not fixed the 3 night we stayed...
