Great location for what we needed. View from rooftop was fantastic, and bar downstairs was interesting. The staff was helpful and even got a driver to take us to the airport. Didn't like the tub/shower combo because water would splash out so be careful getting out of the tub.

The hotel is right in the middle of old town, just a few steps away from the famous mechanical clock. It is hard to get to, as it is in the pedestrian zone. The breakfast is marginal, there are great cafe’s all around the we found preferable. All in all, it was a great hotel for touring Prague

Wonderful old classic hotel on the Prague Old Town Square. Very helpful staff. Room was unusual but adequate. What made hotel really stand out we're it's fantastic roof top restaurant and super neat speak easy bar.

The location is very central, but you should expect some noise. The room was nice and clean; however, the Wi-Fi was poor, and the breakfast is not worth the money. Be aware that they automatically add a tip to the bill—both at checkout and in their restaurant—so you have to specifically ask to have it removed. I don’t think this is reasonable. I would have tipped anyway, but it’s a matter of principle.

Fantastic location, right in the center of old town across from the clock. Easy walking to all of the Historic sites. Great Terrace rooftop restaurant with a view of the skyline. And an amazing bar in the basement. And huge rooms! Only suggestion is for the hotel to be clear on parking instructions for people driving in.

Location was unbeatable including the rooftop with its incredible views and the downstairs bar was exceptional. Breakfast ran out of food, the staff was understaffed and running around, AC hardly worked, and the one elevator was occupied much of the time.

The Hotel U Prince couldn't be better situated to be in the center of everything and yet it was plenty quiet enough to enjoy deep sleep on the comfortable bed. The entire hotel was kept immaculately clean and the staff was exceptionally courteous. I highly recommend.

This is an excellently located hotel. The breakfast and restaurant associated with it was also excellent in all aspects. Unfortunately, the air co sitio er in the room was only able to cool the room # 34 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit and made it impossible to sleep. A floor plastic fan was made available to move the 84 degree air with little benefit.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom shower door was a bit difficult to open or close and the water leaked out of the shower door to floor… Breakfast was good and one of the staff members was very helpful and greeted us with smiles everytime. The Teresa Rooftop Bar & Restaurant was very nice with a beautiful 360-degree city view and a staffs were all friendly. We took some family pictures that we loved so much. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a very old boutique hotel in the old town of Prague.
