8/10 Very good

Staff was nice and welcoming. Check in and out process was super quick. We were upgraded to an executive suite for free so our room was very big. Everything was super clean and new. Breakfast was good. Maybe to add more fruit options and to refill everything more often. Hotel is on the seventh floor of the huge building with one elevator but it wasn't an issue. It's also outside from the touristy area, which is nice and there is a metro stop right in front, bus stop and trams within 5 min walk. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area as well.

Room was clean, paid parking was easily accessible, wish they would decorate the balcony. Breakfast isn’t anything special just the basics. The air condition works… if you’re standing under it otherwise we were burning up! Lovely staff!

The rooms were spacious, bright and well heated. Location is great with a metro, supermarket next to hotel and a lot of places including a reasonably priced food hall with different cuisines in a major shopping centre nearby.

Although it is not right at the center of Prague, it has great access to center via buses, trams and metros. Also easy to get to the airport. Good location with reasonable price!
