Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in the old town , in a safe area. However, it was not always quiet due to many tourists having fun in the area until late night. The hotel is clean but the building itself needs refurbishing, some areas in the room have been neglected such as floorboards, windows, window sill and bathroom mirrors, a bit of attention is required.
