"We needed to drop the rental car off by 11. We were able to store luggage and use the pool until ourcroom was ready! Plus, they helped us get to Venice using the bus rather than a taxi, which would have been $60one way! The shuttle was only $15 to take us to the airport. Beds were comfy. Rooms were nice, clean, and cool. I was hesitant because of other reviews, but we will book here again if in the area!"

"Great hotel and staff. So we learned the hard way there is no parking in Venice or at this hotel as advertised. The parking is at the terminal where you get a water taxi to all hotels. Easy but if you don’t know, you don’t know. Pro tip the casino on the island of Venice is a broke down scam. Don’t waste your money thinking you are going to a glamorous James Bond casino. Most basement games have more character, charm and service than this place. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rigel in Venice on the Lido. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for exploring both the Lido and Venice itself.
