Highly recommend this stunning hotel. Everything is in one place, you can enjoy a canal view and a Venice atmosphere. The hotel near the train station is easy to reach with your luggage. Rooms are renovated and clean both the bathrooms and the room section.

A lovely hotel very near to the bus terminal for transport to the airport. A few minutes walk from the Vaporetto boats on the grand canal giving easy access to many tourists highlights. The room we stayed in had nice views along the canals. It was a little noisy on Friday evening but the rest of our stay it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice enough but it was in the sister hotel just 4 doors from our hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful, all spoke good English and were happ to chat and tell us about the local area and how to get around the city.

Location is perfect! Its ONE bridge to the bus station. That is unheard of in Venice! Especially with having to carry luggage this is sooo important! Its a tiny hotel that uses amenities from their sister hotel which is only a short little walk away. I got the deluxe room with two terraces and it has a perfect view of the canal. We spent so much time watching the boats and people from the terrace. It has really low ceilings and beams so a really tall person would struggle. Lucky for me I am short so it was perfect!

The hotel was in a perfect location! Easy to get to and close to the people mover. The views from the hotel were stunning! Staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with several options. My bestie, Andrea was the absolute fantastic! He gave us recommendations that were amazing! Great location, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and less than a half hour walk to St. Marks Square. Lots of dining and gelato options nearby. We stayed in the executive canal view which had 2 amazing canal view balconies on the roof that was really nice to enjoy a drink on at night. Staff was very friendly and gave local recommendations. Not sure when we’ll make it back to Venice, but would definitely stay here again!

Unbelievable!! The location was perfect, the staff was so accommodating, the distance from the train station was probably 5 minutes, and we walked everywhere! We booked a balcony room and oh man, what a treat. Great view of Venice from the terrace and the bed was supremely comfortable. It was a perfect finale to our week long Italy trip. While the outside of the hotel and the lobby may look run down, the rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was also quite helpful with any inquiries or help that you may need. It is a bit far away from the city center, but being right next to the bus and train stations in a huge help considering that you won’t need to drag your luggage over countless steps and bridges
