Marco was so helpful when we checked in. We appreciated the cleanliness, amenities and comfort of our room...not to mention the amazing view from our window!! There was a towel warmer as well as lovely-smelling products offered for our use in the room.

The hotel is convenietly located near the train station. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good with lots of choices. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately it seemed that midnight was the witching hour when many people to were out and about partying, yelling and making it very hard to sleep. This continued until day break. .

Spent 3 nights here in October 2026. Rooms were nice and well equipped. Breakfast at nearby sister hotel was excellent. We had a canal view room: view was great, outside noise at night was loud. I picked this hotel based on the close proximity to the train station as I did not want to drag our luggage too far and the location was great for that. A little bit of a far walk to St. Mark's square, 30-40 minutes but I still believe the close proximity to the train station made it worth the walk to St. Marks. We could have taken a water taxi to avoid the walk. Hotel staff was helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is lovely, rooms spacious and very clean. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The only issue is the noise. We had a canal facing room on level 1. The hotel is on a busy junction so the noise never stops, as well as the students singing outside the window at 1am…. I’d recommend ear buds, we had to play some white noise through my phone all night 🙈.

The room had a newer feel. Felt clean. Mattress too hard. Staff was friendly. Location is excellent to have quick access to the bus station, people mover, and a water bus to the Grand canal. Unfortunately, tje room was a bit cold and the staff told me the heat could not be turned on per city ordinance of some sort. This explanation did not seem likely to me. In addition, we had a canal view room. The windows are old school and do not totally seal so the room let in too much boat and foot traffic noise.

Highly recommend this stunning hotel. Everything is in one place, you can enjoy a canal view and a Venice atmosphere. The hotel near the train station is easy to reach with your luggage. Rooms are renovated and clean both the bathrooms and the room section.

A lovely hotel very near to the bus terminal for transport to the airport. A few minutes walk from the Vaporetto boats on the grand canal giving easy access to many tourists highlights. The room we stayed in had nice views along the canals. It was a little noisy on Friday evening but the rest of our stay it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice enough but it was in the sister hotel just 4 doors from our hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful, all spoke good English and were happ to chat and tell us about the local area and how to get around the city.
