We had the most wonderful stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends. The rooftop and pool cocktails were fabulous, breakfasts were delicious. This hotel is well located for the vaporetto and the beach. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is a pleasant place to spend time. Be aware the bathroom including the toilet is behind a glass wall separating it from the room and is not completely private from the room.

Old school 5 star grandeur and service. Our 3 night stay was perfect. Stayed in a lot of top hotels in the world and this hotel is definitely up there for service. Would highly recommend. Fabulous hotel, great value for such a luxury experience. Being only 15 mins away by boat from central Venice makes it the right choice. After hot days strolling the city, to arrive back at the hotel and take a cool swim in the excellent pool made all the difference. Great roof top restaurant with incredible views of the city and lagoon, superb breakfast on a lovely cool terrace, very nice outside bar serving perfect cocktails, lovely room that needed nothing. Professional concierge and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return.

Great location on the Main Street just a few minutes walk from both the Water bus station and the beach (in opposite directions). We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived when we were given a glass of water whilst the staff got us checked us in and took our cases to our room and they also gave us a tour of all the amenities. Our room was kept tidy and clean during our stay with them even going into our room of an evening. Excellent pool and pool bar area. Easy enough to get a 15 minute water taxi to Venice Centre and it is also a close walk to Lido's beach. We asked reception about the water taxis, beach and airport journey and they give us easy to follow advice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and area. We preferred staying a 15 minute water taxi journey away from the tourist part of Venice. Even better that we saw a dolphin from the water taxi!
