This was an amazing property from the moment we saw it. The staff incredibly receptive and very helpful! The food in both the breakfast nook and the Resturaunt exceptional!! Fantastic hotel. Close to the port and restaurants. Hotel staff are very polite and attentive. We had a massage at the hotel which was great and not too expensive either. Lovely hotel in the island if Lido which is not too busy or commercialised but you can get in to the main part of Venice within 30 minutes. Would recommend getting a travel pass for the water buses. Transfer from the airport to the island of Lido via the water bus (Alilaguna) is really easy. Will definitly be returning.

What a fabulous hotel. We loved the room, gorgeous comfy bed, great ac, absolutely spotless. The breakfast was lovely - such a huge selection. We particularly liked the enormous fruit platter. The pool was brilliant, especially as it was so hot and the roof restaurant was magical with its view of Venice. The staff were so helpful - couldn’t do enough for us. The whole place was enchanting.

We had the most wonderful stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends. The rooftop and pool cocktails were fabulous, breakfasts were delicious. This hotel is well located for the vaporetto and the beach. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is a pleasant place to spend time. Be aware the bathroom including the toilet is behind a glass wall separating it from the room and is not completely private from the room.

We had a wonderful few days at Ausonia Hungaria. It is a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff and great amenities. We loved the pool. Our room was extremely comfortable, with everything we needed provided. The view from the roof was fabulous! We would definitely return if we ever need somewhere to stay on Lido.

Old school 5 star grandeur and service. Our 3 night stay was perfect. Stayed in a lot of top hotels in the world and this hotel is definitely up there for service. Would highly recommend.
