The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with transportation needs and communication with our cruise ship. They had a special machine to fill water bottles. The hotel is right next to the “i”, information booth for Venice and we got amazing concert tickets there. The hotel had a nice city map that they gave out too. No complaints!

The reception, bar and hospitality staff were all terrific. They were friendly, ready to help or advise at a moment’s notice. The property is beautiful! The garden is lovely. Great stay. From the baggage storage from an early arrival, to checkout, it was a wonderful experience. The room was bigger than expected. The room darkening shades and comfortable bed made for a few nights of good sleep. The bartender Bane makes a tasty spritz. He helped us choose a place for dinner for our 25th wedding anniversary. Bane even called and made a reservation for us. The table was right on the canal and his recommendation did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice in the future.
