10/10 Exceptional

The staff was extremely helpful in assisting us with transportation needs and communication with our cruise ship. They had a special machine to fill water bottles. The hotel is right next to the “i”, information booth for Venice and we got amazing concert tickets there. The hotel had a nice city map that they gave out too. No complaints!

8/10 Very good

Breakfast is great, air conditioning was not the same in two rooms that we had. Rooms had a tub with a shower, but no curtain? Location is excellent!!! Historic beautiful building, and very helpful staff.
