The staff was very helpful prior to arrival helping us secure a vaporetto, during our stay with helpful suggestions and in helping us reserve a water taxi when we were leaving. The location is excellent. All we wanted to see was within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The small plaza where the hotel is located is quiet unlike others that we went by. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Train Station apartment in the Cannaregio District. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The immediate area is very quiet. Communication with the hotel was easy, as they are at a different location. The area is wonderful. he canal is a very short walk and there are many restaurants and shops. The Jewish district is a short walk. If you wish, you can walk to the Rialto and St. Marks Square. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is a bit far from the centre but for us that was a plus. It felt like a small apartment away from the hustle and bustle. Having a kitchen and two bedrooms with multiple beds was a big plus for our family of four. Air conditioning worked fine and was very helpful.
