Really great hotel. Incredible location. So close to St Mark's Square. Rooms were very nice and reasonably priced. They were a little small but that's to be expected in Venice unless you pay a fortune. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel located right next to a canal and right off of San Marco Square. The room was quite spacious and the shower was very big compared to most Italian hotels. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Also the breakfast buffet was included and had a nice selection of choices.

Room was very clean, but kind Of small. The staff was excellent in their duties and customer service. The air conditioning was excellent until there was none on the last night, because of state regulations (??)

This hotel was a shot in the dark when I picked it online, primarily because it was right next to San Marco square. Turned out to be a Home Run. The hotel looks and feels brand new. Staff was excellent and referred us to two outstanding restaurants during our stay. Room was excellent, super clean and bed comfortable. Did I mention the location? Perfect ! We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Venice.
