Room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful, and the location is only 600 meters (5 minute walk) from the bus stop in Tessera, where you can get the number 5 ACTV bus into Venice or go to the airport. The TV had no signal, so couldn't use it. No matter, as I wasn't in the room much. Overall, it's a good place to stay ear Venice Marco Polo Airport that us very affordable.

The room that I was given was in very bad shape : - accumulation of dust in the corners - AC filter dirty, with a message on the AC controller saying it needs to be changed - a dead mosquito splattered on one of the white curtains - old and used / decolored items in the bathroom such as the faucets for the sink and shower - bad smell coming from the shower drain The breakfast was modest but sufficient. Some more fruit would have been welcome. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, due to the very poor state of the room, I would not stay here again.

When we arrived the hotel didn’t have two rooms booked but finally this was sorted. The room was big and clean. The shower was small and the door was broken. The swimming pool was nice. Hotel had a bus directly into Venice for 3 euros return. Bus no 5 The bus into the airport was 1.3 euros the hotel shuttle is also available. Breakfast had a good selection sadly the scrambled egg was cold. The airport did what we needed.

What a delightful surprise! 5 min from the airport via free shuttle. An unusual property - at first we went to the wrong building but a worker at the pool showed us to the correct reception area. (Ask which one when you're booking). Clean, no fuss rooms. A cool pool and tiki bar - safe, close to the airport and inexpensive. Great!

Charming,characterful property and well located with super helpful staff. Conveniently located for the airport but less so for Venice necessitating a 45 minute bus ride on the number 5. The hotel is rather like a ranch and attractive. It is very non corporate compared to the nearby Marriott, a positive aspect in my opinion.

This property was immaculate, classic & cozy. Bedding included sheets only and the rooms get very cold. Bring an extra blanket if needed. Personally I loved it! The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the airport. You will need to walk to the bus stop if traveling to Venice which is about a 10 commute. Take bus # 5. We would come back!
