"Travel for the weekend. Excellent experience from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Very professional, polite and helpful staff overall. If you like activities, music, and don't get bothered by music and noise of people having fun, any of the 4 pools downstairs will do it. For a more relaxed adults only experience, the pool at the 6th floor will be better. Bar on both choices. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Unlimited mini bar. And if you need more pillows, blankets, etc they will accommodate you right away. Food for everyone's taste. My wife and I had a great time."

"I love the hotel. My wife and I went here this past weekend with two other couples. Food was amazing, people were pleasant. The only minor adjustment is the speacialty restaurants. You cant reserve ahead of time and you need to be there. Is first come first serve. Other than that drinks were amazing. Buffet style restaurant it's amazing as well. "

"We came and stayed for 5 nights to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. It was amazing! Staff was very attentive and kind 10/10. The only thing (which is out of their control) was a lot of seaweed on the beach. We are told it’s common around this time of year. Again, not their fault the hotel was awesome and we would definitely recommend. Our favorite restaurant was at sunset. We ended up eating there twice. The Aura spa was awesome. Shoutout Jesus and Daniel for giving us an awesome experience. The saunas and steam room were 10/10. The entertainment people were also awesome. Knew our names and always made us feel included with any and all activities taking place. We love SUNSCAPE!"

"The property offered breathtaking views, and the dining experiences were consistently excellent, showcasing a delightful culinary selection. Furthermore, the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a willingness to accommodate our requests, making our stay notably pleasant. While it's standard practice for concierge and resort staff to promote various events and services, we found the initial messaging regarding these offerings to be somewhat overwhelming and even subtly disguised upon our arrival. Although this aspect caused a brief period of confusion, it was, thankfully, the only minor drawback during our otherwise very enjoyable stay."

"Was such an incredible experience for my family and to my two kids. They could enjoy the waterpark during the day and during the night with different entertainment activities. The food was always good and we’ve seen the common areas being cleaned all the time by the staff. Not a single thing was broken that they weren’t fixing right away. I am a very allergic person, and I noticed that my bedroom was very, very clean. Every single day I came back from the pool with my bed organized, new towels and a clean room (thank you Alejandra!!!!) The staff was in such a good mood every single time, asking if we needed anything, ready to serve us or by the pool or in the restaurant’s area. They treated so well that we felt welcome!
