"I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "
"The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Our shower was not particularly strong, but the bathroom was clean and looked good.
It is very close to the centre of Puebla, so excellent for exploring."
