El personal es muy amable la tarifa por las fechas en el puente de mayo fue alta y esperaba que la limpieza fuera aceptable y no fue así, el piso en la regadera tiene no tiene nivel y al bañarse es un charco todo el baño, es muy incómodo entrar con tanta agua y ni modo hay que esperar hasta el siguiente día la limpieza que es muy tardía y no limpian bien ni dejan toallas limpias hablamos a recepción y no atendieron la petición hasta un día después

Wir hatten ein Zimmer an einer sehr lauten Strasse. In der ersten Nacht war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Als wir uns an der Rezeption um ein anderes Zimmer erkundigt haben, wurde uns umstandslos ein ruhigeres Zimmer angeboten. Frühstück hatten wir schon besseres, aber es gab reichlich. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen Jauch die wunderschöne Stadt Puebla zu Fuss zu erkunden. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man bei schönem Wetter die drei Vulkane Malinche, Popoctepetel und Iztaccihuatel.

Todo me pareció muy bien. Las instalaciones muy lindas y limpias, el personal muy atento, el desayuno bufet muy bueno. Lo recomiendo mucho. Me hubiera gustado que estuviera 2-3 cuadras más cerca del zócalo pero eso no se puede cambiar. Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel.
