We stayed here as a family of three in a king room with a sleeper sofa. While the sofa bed was unfortunately uncomfortable—you could feel the springs—it was manageable for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Having a car rental on site was extremely convenient, and it was easy to get Ubers to and from the center of town, which was only about 10–15 minutes away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, a good experience, though the sofa bed could definitely use an upgrade.

At check in the I was told several times that I was in a premium room with a view of the pool. The room was clean. But the tv didn’t work, the Toilet didnt flush, the room was not feeling premium and there was no view of the pool, but definitely a view of trees. While I was only there one night - it did not meet my the expectations when I booked and when I checked in. Very disappointed because I ambiance was pretty nice. My only suggestion to future guests.. check the basics before unpacking.
