"Fantastic amenities and location. Prices are a bit steep for what you get though in my opinion. The TVs are not smart, sound is poor, but overall a great stay. Just beware the $45 water bottle charge if you happen to not see the label on it advising it is 1000 baht - yes, 1000 baht, if you use it. Apart from that, a good trip"

"Beautiful hotel with fantastic pools and perfect location from the beach, with just a couple block walk through the adorable town. Our rooms were clean, updated and lovely (we had two rooms for our family of four). The breakfast buffet was quite good; we chose to eat elsewhere in the town for other meals so can’t comment much further. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed at Pacific Club Resort for a week and had an excellent experience from start to finish. After arriving from Bangkok, we arranged a hotel shuttle which was very comfortable and made the transfer easy—we were even able to rest on the way. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We were welcomed with fresh pineapple juice and cold towels, and were pleasantly upgraded to an ocean-view room, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is peaceful, lush, and feels like a true escape—perfect after the energy of Bangkok. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Louis at reception, who was especially attentive and made everything feel seamless. We ordered room service on our first night and were impressed with the quality—fresh and very flavorful. We also tried the spa during our stay and would highly recommend it—it was a highlight of our trip. We didn’t end up using the gym, as we spent most of our time walking and visiting nearby fitness street, which was a great experience in itself. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. It offers a calm, elevated atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The hotel is located on a hill top from the inner streets of Karon, so it gave like a tropical jungle feel when looking outside of the halls to the elevator. The rooms were clean, shower pressure was strong and ac worked. Staff was very accommodating, they came quickly when we needed an iron/clean towels (as I was on dnd the whole trip) they came to fix my daughters internet connection on her iPad and one time I thought I saw some kind insect and called and they came right away to inspect for it thoroughly but found nothing. At Ikon cafe we were very lucky to have been greeted every morning by IM, she was super kind and always spoke to us about our up coming plans and my daughter looked forward to seeing her beautiful smile. She was so professional and accommodating, always so kind and sweet. We missed her on our last day but informed us that she wouldnt be there as she knew we looked forward to see her. Petarr at the front desk was was also very attentive. My daughter really took a liking to her as she ran to her and gave Petarr a big hug each time she saw her. Petarr would always be there with a smile waiting to receive my outgoing, social child. She was so kind and gifted my daughter cheese cake and chocolate and drew a picture of my daughter with a personal note because she also wasnt there on our last day. She meant a lot to my daughter and I appreciate Petarr for being so generous and sweet. Peter and the rest of the staff were so good to us. I would definitely return!"
