The rooms are big and very clean. Because is located in the hill you have to use the shuttle bus of the hotel in every transfer especially when your room is in the top layer ... but they were always available and in time. The breakfast was very good and with a lot of choices also for vegetarians. Also i want to mention the restorant Charm Thai was excellent, we ate twice !

For the price you will not find anything better in Phuket. The staff are so helpful and the most kind people I have ever met. The overall experience was amazing. The property and the staff were all great, the breakfast was excellent, and service was 5 star to say the least. The room we chose had pool access with a bar right next to it, which made it convenient to grab a drink during their 50% off happy hour. The only thing I recommend is updating the property a bit, but they are already working on that by starting with the main pool. Excellent stay overall, will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
