Rooms were beautifully set out and very clean. Staff members were extremely helpful at all times. Great location, away from road noise. Room was very quiet. The only disappointing thing was that some outdoor areas were in need of greater upkeep, and neither of the two outdoor jacuzzis was operational. That said, we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and the room we were initially given had a really bad smell and was on the 3rd floor. We requested to change this as I had a bad knee and was not able to manage that many stairs as there are no lifts. We were given another room which was very nice. I just want to give a big shoutout to GAGA who was absolutely lovely, she is the most sweetest person ever. Thank you Gaga for everything you did for us ❤️❤️ Breakfast was ok.

You can tell that at one point, this hotel was all the rage. It is still beautiful, but some upgrades are visibly needed. For some reason they are very strict on the check-in process. Even 5 minutes before the official check-in time, we were told to wait. If the rooms are ready, I think they should allow guests to check-in. Instead, they had everyone wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm, which created a bit of chaos. But the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is perfect (away from the main street but close enough to walk everywhere).

Nice design of pool and garden area. The gym is good too. Room was really nice. Location is good, can walk to Kata beach. Some reception staff is rude and needs more training. An email has been sent to the management about a few matters. Food in breakfast buffet is poor. Rice wasnt even cooked properly or overheated b4 servuce. Poor selection and variety of food.

Super recomendo e, com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar.
