"The location of the property was convenient to walk to Karon Beach every day (around 10-15 minutes). It was one of the cheaper options in the area. However, there were inconveniences such as not having an elevator and tiny ants coming into the room from the bathroom."

"Great value no frills place to stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We had a garden view also, so, it was quiet and we slept well. Staff was friendly. The bottled waters and daily room cleaning were great too. I just wasn’t a fan of the shower with no curtain next to the toilet. It didn’t drain very fast, and the floor was wet around the toilet then. We also had mosquitos, without opening the back door or windows. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the location: being steps away from the walking street but having a nice pool area to come back to. The kids pool had slides and there was a very convenient spa. There was truly something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The breakfast buffet also had many options. We will definitely return!"

Tea/coffee, kettle in room. 4 free bottles of water daily, bath robes. Towels changed daily 2 beach/pool towels in room and beach bag to use. Staff very friendly. Great choice of breakfast, staff work very hard and kept all areas very clean. Pool area quiet, always sun beds free, pool water warm. Top floor room had fab view of sea. Would stay again "
