10/10 Exceptional

We had a wonderful three-night stay and were very satisfied with everything. The room, pool, and breakfast were all great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to Kata Beach, with plenty of great restaurants and massage shops nearby. We really enjoyed the relaxing vacation atmosphere and would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic pools and perfect location from the beach, with just a couple block walk through the adorable town. Our rooms were clean, updated and lovely (we had two rooms for our family of four). The breakfast buffet was quite good; we chose to eat elsewhere in the town for other meals so can’t comment much further. We would definitely stay here again!

Really good experience. Fantastic welcome with ice cream and drink. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Room was great, unfortunately we were given a top floor room as the lift was out of service until Sept 26 but they helped with luggage so was slightly less annoying. Would have been absolute perfect if the lift wasn’t broken

Hotel was in a great location, easily accessible to everything and the beach was a five minute walk. Very clean room. The only bad thing was the sewage smell, in the bathroom and near the pools.

The property was very clean. The staff is soo welcoming and helpful they were amazing. The rooms are a good size with a sitting space. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The staff working was amazing and very accommodating. One person in my family was gluten free and they had gluten free bread as an option. The view from the balcony was really nice. It was very nice to walk out in the mornings and see the beach (we did have a beach view room). The are a great value and location was pretty nice as well. It wasn’t on the busy nosy street but off to the side in a peacful area. You can walk to almost everything down in the Kata area. I would highly recommend
