"The hotel is beautifully appointed. The location is convenient to everything in the area. The food and drink services are plentiful. Parking is easy abundant and stress-free. The multinational young staff are well-trained and hospitable."

"We booked a Superior room with 2 Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that we had been upgraded. When we got to our upgraded room, the 2 beds were double beds however we did a have balcony. We went to reception and asked why we were given 2 double beds instead of what we booked and they admitted they had given our booked room to someone else. They did find us a room with 2 Queen beds and also upgraded us to a room that had a balcony. In the end we had a great stay."

"Perfect location between Banff and Lake Louise. Close to wildlife along 1A. Lauren, Charlie and Karolina were so pleasant and fun. They were definitely a highlight of our stay making sure our room was perfect, we had bear spray and bug spray, and giving us inside tips about the park. We will be coming back!!"

"Beautiful mountain lodge! First time we had to ride a gondola up a mountain to get to our room. The gondola ride and the beautiful lakes and hiking trails are worth the cost of the rooms themselves. Great service too! Free bear spray available on loan and free s'mores in the evening were nice touches."
