Otter Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Had an amazing stay here. Staff were super helpful with things we needed with. The room itself was perfect and clean, as well as the bathroom. Showers were really clean and well maintained aswell. The jacuzzi and hot tubs were the highlight of our stay, with amazing views and fireplaces. Parking was really easy and everything was at a nice walking distance, from the gas station, to some restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on staying here, as we had a great time, even if it was only for a few days."

Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

"Banff Rocky Mountain Resort is a beautiful place nestled between two mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and the bathrooms had enough towels. Our room had a full kitchenette which makes in handy to get your own groceries instead of eating at a restaurant everyday. I noticed a lot of families there which makes it a nice experience. They even were prompt at replacing a couple lightbulbs that burnt out in one of the bedrooms. I used the gym which has a fair amount of equipment including cardio but the majority of the equipment is old for today’s standards but still does the job. There’s also a pool and hot tub inside the resort with an additional hot tub outside. There’s a shuttle that leaves the resort at designated times to take us to downtown Banff which is 5 minutes away. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes there even off of Banff Avenue (downtown), so you won’t be disappointed. From the downtown, you can take the Roam Transit buses to where you want to do some hiking, biking, etc…. Overall, the experience visiting Banff Alberta for the first time was phenomenal!! We will definitely go back again!!"

"Staff was super friendly. The restaurant had good food but service was very slow. The waiter was super nice but we had to flag them down to order, to get more drinks and to get the check. Location to town was perfect. Bus stop was right out front but the walk wasn't bad either."

"The location of the lodge is an easy walk to main downtown area of Banff. My room was spacious and clean. Services offered at the lounge is excellent. The $15 dollar food and drink credit per day is a nice option if you want to have a meal or drinks at a great price that is literally in the lodge. The staff is very attentive and helpful for your inquires. If you don't like to walk to the downtown area, ask the front desk for a bus pass and they will issue one for you for as long as you stay. I'm very happy with my stay and will book again."
