Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.
This was my first solo vacation, and my first time in Mexico...SLS Cancun Hotel was so kind, accommodating, and friendly. The service was impeccable! This a beautiful hotel and it is not all inclusive. This hotel is a little ways further than where the all inclusive hotels are, but on the same strip. I stayed in a beautiful king ocean view suite on the 4th floor. My view of the beach, pool, and ocean was serene. The beach was quiet and often felt like I had the beach to myself relaxing, eating...
I have stayed at the Riva many times. Apartments are always well maintained with tons of space. The mall across the street has everything you need. Take for granted that security will inconvenience anyone not a registered guest. No one will ever be allowed to pop over. The mayor of Cancun lives in the compound.
Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!
Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.
Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.
Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)
My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway
Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients.
Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.
Amazing experience for me and my two kids we loved the whole experience from walking inn to leaving every one was helpful outstanding decoration food treatment the location of the hotel and comparing to others that I visited previously this is the best
This is a great place to stay downtown, away from the hotel zone. Better prices for food, lots of nearby options and walkable to so much. If you're looking for a quaint little getaway this is a great place. The staff are amazing and so nice, the environment is beautiful. It's not new or updated and has some quirks, but we loved that. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of anywhere we've stayed. If we go back to Cancun again we would definitely stay here for a second time.
The...
Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us. Even after we moved to another room, we could still count on him answering our questions, reserving activities, making reservations, but most importantly giving what I believed to be honest feedback. We stayed in the villa, penthouse suite, and master suite. The upgrade to the rooms were complementary since we had the vip experience. Each room gave...
Here is my review of this property. We loved our trip, and we loved the property overall. Just offering some unbiased feedback about what to expect.
1. The property is very well-kept. The pools are clean and beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was pleasant for hanging out (when it wasn’t too sunny).
2. The food was … ok. The specialty restaurants were an upscale *experience* with not so great food (though the appetizer buffet at the Mexican Fiesta was really nice....
Literally writing this review while waiting for our ride to the airport!
This is our second visit and WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is amazing, the vibe is sexy and fun, the theme nights are a must! We are not LS couple but have the best time ever here because everyone is just so nice and friendly while respecting boundaries!!
The sexy pool is great for a good time, However, there are a few places to break away if you need some quiet time.
The restaurants are good, and the staff is...
