"Room was clean and the house keeping was pretty good, the only one thing need to improve would be the front desk, when I checked in, no information was given to me, I had to ask for every thing, ie. is there a pool, where is it. "

Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. "The shower drain was clogged, and after using it for about 10 minutes, the water overflowed. I requested to change rooms, but my request was denied because I was told it would be repaired.
